We will taste five different kinds of toma cheese that will be explained by Massimo Carlotto, ONAF taster.
With every toma there will be a wine paired, and every participant will have the possibility to make their own pairing, following their taste… and their own fantasy.

- Toma fresca di cascina
- Toma media di alpeggio
- Toma stagionata di alpeggio
- Blu di Campertogno erborinato naturale
- Toma aigra fatta con latte lasciato inacidire
