With the wise guide of Fulvio Merlo, expert sommelier and great connoisseur of Nebbiolo, away from the most overt territories of production, we will take the mountain trails, between valleys and alpine passes, different cultures and traditions, in a sensory and gustatory journey that, from Valle d’Aosta, will lead us to Valtellina to discover the less known Nebbiolo realizations, but that will reserve us some great surprises!
